Refunds and Returns Procedures

We believe that you will be completely satisfied with all of your purchases and we want to ensure that you have a satisfactory shopping experience. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 10 days from receipt of merchandise (see Return Procedure). At your request, we will:

• Replace or exchange the merchandise (you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways), or
• Credit the purchase price to your credit card account (or issue a refund check only if your payment was done by methods other than credit card). Please note: we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
